Please follow this simple 3-step process to register for any of our experiential workshops. Early Registration is always encouraged as space can be limited by venue.
Step One: Contraindications
review the Contraindications page. While not all of the conditions listed necessarily disqualify an individual from participating, some may require special attention. We are committed to the safety of every participant. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at:
First-time participants may be asked to participate in a short phone consultation to answer any questions about the practice you might have, including potential contraindications, and to assist facilitators in acquiring additional information.
Step Two: Forms
Please download, read, and complete the editable pdf registration and medical forms below. If you are unable to print and sign the forms, return them by email to the address listed above and they will be available on-site at the workshop for your signature. Download the free Adobe Reader software if you have trouble viewing and completing the files. We will review the forms and contact you if we find a need to discuss any of the content. No one may attend one of our experiential workshops without submitting a current registration and medical form.
Step Three: Payment
Payment options: PayPal or personal check, bank check, or money orders. If selecting the student rate please bring a valid student ID to the workshop. If you would like to request a hardship flex-rate please skip this step and contact us directly. Limited hardship flex-rates are available depending on attendance numbers but are not guaranteed.
Participants paying by check or money order are encouraged to mail the forms and payment as early as possible unless other arrangements are made. Please make checks payable to Allen Howell.

understand that circumstances occasionally conflict with an individual’s
ability to attend one of our events. Participants who cancel their attendance
at one of our workshops prior to one (1) week prior to the event may be refunded their fee minus a $25.00 transaction
fee. Cancellations less than a week prior to the event will receive 50% of their registration cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event do not qualify for a refund. Each situation will be assessed individually by the team.
Participants may also request to credit their full fee towards future workshops, but this credit must be used within one (1) year of the event.
